En Notice of Allowance tillk\u00e4nnager att patentans\u00f6kan anses vara redo f\u00f6r godk\u00e4nnande. Processen p\u00e5g\u00e5r dock fortfarande och det \u00e4r i dagsl\u00e4get inte m\u00f6jligt att f\u00f6rutse n\u00e4r patent beviljas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>F\u00f6retagets VD David Westberg kommenterar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Patentans\u00f6kan som vi nu erh\u00e5llit Notice of Allowance f\u00f6r avser PharmaShell\u00ae som administreras p\u00e5 alla t\u00e4nkbara s\u00e4tt, t ex genom parenteral injektion, inhalation och genom orala beredningar. Detta inneb\u00e4r en avsev\u00e4rd breddning av v\u00e5rt patentskydd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Patentet som godk\u00e4ndes i b\u00f6rjan av \u00e5ret \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsat till PharmaShell\u00ae administrerat genom injektion, en strategi vi valde f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare kunna driva igenom v\u00e5r argumentation och korta v\u00e4gen till ett godk\u00e4nt patent.
