Nanexa har tillsammans med Dr Denny Mahlin vid Institutionen f\u00f6r farmaci, Uppsala universitet, utf\u00f6rt\u00a0<\/span>en studie. Studien syftade till att unders\u00f6ka skalt\u00e4theten hos Nanexas drug delivery-system\u00a0<\/span>PharmaShell\u00ae . I studien bevisades det att PharmaShell\u00ae\u00a0 hindrade fuktabsoption och dramatiskt\u00a0<\/span>f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngde l\u00e5ngtidsstabiliteten hos amorf laktos, ett material som valdes till studien p\u00e5 grund av dess\u00a0<\/span>extrema k\u00e4nslighet mot fuktighet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Uppt\u00e4ckterna har publicerats i den vetenskaplig tidskriften International Journal of Pharmaceutics\u00a0 och\u00a0<\/span>har titeln \u201cProduction and Characterization of Aluminium Oxide Nanoshells on Spray Dried Lactose\u201d.

Tidigare har Dr Marjam Ott vid Institutionen f\u00f6r teknikvetenskaper, Uppsala universitet, i samarbete\u00a0<\/span>med Nanexa unders\u00f6kt biokompatibiliteten hos PharmaShell\u00ae . Studien visade att skalmaterialet \u00e4r\u00a0<\/span>biokompatiblet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Studien publicerades i november 2016 in the vetenskapliga tidskriften ACS Omega\u00a0 och har titeln\u00a0<\/span>\u201cEvaluation of Biocompatibility and Release of Reactive Oxygen Species of Aluminum Oxide-Coated\u00a0<\/span>Materials\u201d.
