Nedan f\u00f6ljer de beslut som fattades. Beslut fattades med erforderlig majoritet<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>Vid st\u00e4mman var 980 001 st. (13 procent) av totalt 7 625 054 aktier representerade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vid st\u00e4mman beslutades att fastst\u00e4lla den framlagda resultat- och balansr\u00e4kningen. Vid st\u00e4mman beslutades \u00e4ven att disponera \u00f6ver bolagets resultat enligt styrelsens f\u00f6rslag i \u00e5rsredovisningen. Vidare beslutades att ingen utdelning l\u00e4mnas f\u00f6r r\u00e4kenskaps\u00e5ret 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Bolagsst\u00e4mman beslutade om ansvarsfrihet f\u00f6r styrelseledam\u00f6ter och verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vid st\u00e4mman beslutades att styrelsearvode ska utg\u00e5 med 180 000 kronor till styrelseordf\u00f6rande och med 90 000 kronor vardera till \u00f6vriga styrelseledam\u00f6ter. P\u00e5 st\u00e4mman beslutades ocks\u00e5 att ledam\u00f6ter och ordf\u00f6rande ska ha r\u00e4tt att fakturera arvodet fr\u00e5n eget bolag s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge det sker kostnadsneutralt f\u00f6r Nanexas r\u00e4kning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vidare beslutades att revisorsarvode ska utg\u00e5 enligt godk\u00e4nd r\u00e4kning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Bolagsst\u00e4mman beslutade att omv\u00e4lja Hans Arwidsson, Jan Sandstr\u00f6m, Magnus Westgren samt Christian \u00d6stberg samt om nyval av Bengt Gustavsson som styrelseledam\u00f6ter.
