Nanexa AB och VitriVax, Inc. meddelar gemensamt att de har avslutat den patentintr\u00e5ngsprocess som Nanexa AB l\u00e4mnat in mot VitriVax, Inc. i USA:s distriktsdomstol f\u00f6r District of Delaware.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Talan har avskrivits mot bakgrund av att parterna tr\u00e4ffat ett konfidentiellt f\u00f6rlikningsavtal som innefattar en villkorad licensmekanism. Som en del av parternas konfidentiella f\u00f6rlikningsavtal har VitriVax garanterat att bolaget inte inkr\u00e4ktar p\u00e5, och har g\u00e5tt med p\u00e5 att i framtiden inte heller inkr\u00e4kta p\u00e5, de uppfinningar som omfattas av ber\u00f6rda patent, och inte heller hj\u00e4lpa n\u00e5gon tredje part att g\u00f6ra detsamma under patentens giltighetstid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
