Patentans\u00f6kningen avser en uppfinning kopplad till Nanexas drug delivery-system PharmaShell<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det kontinuerliga utvecklingsarbetet med PharmaShell<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> har resulterat i en ny uppfinning som faller inom ramen f\u00f6r Nanexas drug delivery-system PharmaShell<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>. Patentans\u00f6kningen avser, f\u00f6rutom produkten, ocks\u00e5 metoden f\u00f6r dess tillverkning samt anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n<p>Ans\u00f6kningen l\u00e4mnades in vid det brittiska patentverket (UK Patent Office) den 14 december 2017 och tilldelades ans\u00f6kningsnummer 1720891.9. Inom prioritets\u00e5ret finns m\u00f6jlighet att f\u00f6lja upp den brittiska patentans\u00f6kningen med en internationell patentans\u00f6kan (PCT-ans\u00f6kan), vilket Nanexa ocks\u00e5 \u00e4mnar g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>F\u00f6retagets VD David Westberg kommenterar<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201dImmateriella r\u00e4ttigheter i allm\u00e4nhet och patent i synnerhet \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt viktigt f\u00f6r Nanexas verksamhet.
