Nanexa filing complaint of patent infringement

Nanexa AB (publ) today announces that the company has filed a complaint of patent infringement against the American company VitriVax Inc.

On May 27, 2021, Nanexa filed a complaint of patent infringement in the United States District Court of Delaware against VitriVax Inc. In the lawsuit, Nanexa has asserted three of its U.S. patents related to its drug delivery platform PharmaShell®. Nanexa seeks both damages and an injunction preventing VitriVax’s continued use of the technology.
